Answer and Explanation to Yesterday's Question

Which of the following is not likely a project resource for a software project?

A)  Conference room near the team location

B)  Project Manager

C)  Functional manager (Correct)

D)  Computer programmer

Explanation: Resources can be anything that helps contribute to a project's success. No disrespect toward Functional Managers, but the other answers are clearly better examples of project resources that are used directly on a project. The functional manager might be involved in the project but usually in only controlling resources.
