 Difference between what has been built (EV) and the cost to build it (AC); Formula: EV-ACA value of zero means the project is creating what it should for the cost as planned. A negative value means over budget, a positive value means under budget

In the original Network diagram question, if Task D increases from five to eight days, what is the Critical Path, and what is the length?
A)  ACFH, 16 days
B)  BCFH, 18 days
C)  BDFH, 20 days
D)  BDGH, 21 days (Correct)
 Explanation: By increasing Task D from five days to eight days the path BDGH increases to twenty one days. This is the longest of the paths on the Network diagram.
