(a) Formal
(b) Expert (Correct)
(c) Referent
(d) Compromise

Explanation: Expert power implies that the person is bringing some type of specific knowledge to the area or project. Formal power would come from the charter. Referent power deals with whom you know in the organization. Compromise is noise, as it is a conflict resolution technique.
