In the PMP Exam each correct answer contribute to your overall score. The best way is get 100% correct in what i called here as "easy" questions. These include:
1. quantitative exam questions that ask you to calculate some unknown in CPM, EV, communication channels, NPV etc etc 2. general management knowledge: Theory X, Y, Z, motivation etc 3. delegation topic There are so many questions asking for sources of the third topic. You can always do a Google however one of the best source is a book by Vijay Verma which cost about $20, "Organizing Projects for Success" which you can buy from PMHUB book store/Amazon. You can also read it free from PMI's website.
