Now let us see what Jim Owens’ think about PMBOK 4th ed. Jim’s opinion is that now CAPM exam is going to be more difficult due to the additional softskills pages in PMBOK. He noticed the passing of GERT and Systems Dynamics and the Triple Constraint, but also the return of PERT to join the Three Point Estimate.  AOA diagram is now at last kicked off from PMBOK – a well deserved kick for a 1957 tool (it’s been replaced by the 1961 tool). Zaheer,
There is not enough LL from PMs who passed the PMP exam based on 4 th ed PMBOK. It is only through feedback and lessons learned that we can benefit from each others. However the general tips and tricks are still valid.

Pls read these in PM Digest here: http://pmhub.net/pmdigest

  • In light of the newer LLs coming in, I suggest that Zaheer study
    1) Roger Chou summary of his interview with 12 new PMP Exam (PMBOK 4th ed)
    2) Tordub Lessons Learned

    all published in PMHUB Blog

we now have enough LL to provide guidance to PMP aspirants
