What is the difference between PgMP and PMP? It seems as if on is strategic and one is tactical. Comments?

I took the preparation exam for certification 3er edition and I would like to get my certification as PMP , but I have to update to the 4r edition.
What can you offer me, do you have a update workshop, how long is going to take, and how much it is the cost.

the 35 hrs is nothing to do with PDU. This 35 is contact hours!

you can take the exam – there is no requirement on contact hours to be based on any PMBOK. Even university courses can be included.

Hello,

I have attended a PMP Workshop and earned 35 pdu’s but it was the PMBOK 3rd edition. Can I take up PMP exam of 4th edition which is mandatory from 1st July 2009 onwards?

It is a good “one page” summary of the changes in the processes, however I would like to suggest to get all the details of the changes, one should refer to PMI PMBOK 4th Edition – Apendex A. It gives us details of the differences in 4th edition from 3rd edition.
