I am in Development, I should go for Service Delivery or Service Support ?
How to initiate. Please advice.

Hi Anjum,
I do recommend that you start by service support first (Operational Stage) which is more tangible for you. then, try service delivery (Tactical and strategic) stage.
but, keep in mind this is ITIL V2 base which is not have less information than V3. you will find the changes only at the structure and some additional rules.

Can you throw some light on the Badges? As you mentioned ITIL (Green Badge). I would like to opt for ITIL Managers exam.

I want to appear for the ITIL Exam but confused between V2 and V3. Can you please explain little bit more about the difference between these two ver. Shall we go for V2 or V3?

you have to go for V3 because V2 will be expired by next July.

Green Badge: Foundation
Red Badge: Service Manager

A. Service Support – SD : 5 Processes + 1 Function (Focus on operational day to day activities)
-Incident Management
-Problem Management
-Change Management
-Release Management
-Configuration Management
-Service Desk
B. Service Delivery– SS: 5 Processes (Focus on tactical and planning level)
-Service Level Management
-Availability Management
-Capacity Management
-IT Service Continuity Management
-Financial Management
Please keep that in your minds.
