I found that i reversed the processes contents:

A. Service Support – SD : 5 Processes + 1 Function (Focus on operational day to day activities)
-Incident Management
-Problem Management
-Change Management
-Release Management
-Configuration Management
-Service Desk

B. Service Delivery– SS: 5 Processes  (Focus on tactical and planning level)
-Service Level Management
-Availability Management
-Capacity Management
-IT Service Continuity Management
-Financial Management

Please keep that in your minds.
