Dear Friends,
I have successfully cleared my PMP Exam on 25 August.
It took more time for me than expected , I Joined PMI member 6 months ago, started reading PMBOK every day 2 hours, with many breaks in the middle. After completing two rounds reading of the PMPBOK guide, started reading Rita Mulcahy’s PMP Exam Prep. I find it is very helpful to understand the processes.
Started solving chapter wise exercises on Rita and Andy Crowe. I understand memorizing ITTO would not help.
I solved 200 questions of head first, 220 questions from PM Road trip, 200 questions of Andy crowe, PMStudy Mock test on PMP Exam Simulator.
Finally day before the exam I attempted mock exam of T Kapadia’s 200 questions from PM ZIlla, it was too hard for me. I really scared after this as I did not do well. I lost all the confidence, thought of rescheduling but did not find a slot during August.
I understood tough questions should never attempt to do just before the exam.
I took 10 minutes break after completion of 100 questions and I completed 20 mins before the end and Reviewed marked questions. Review has helped to mark 2 questions that I missed answering.
I sincerely thank to everyone in this group for providing valuable lesson learnt.
I thank my wife and my kids for supporting and adjusting with me for the past few months.
Best Wishes for all PMP aspirants.
